Roles and Responsibilities

Follow the schedule trends of all customers and prepare advance plans for inventory, Man power and Raw Material / Bought out Product Stocks.

. Co-ordination for Monthly inventory planning and compile the data from all areas.

Monitoring of Production value with respect to Production plan and discuss for variance with concerned Production Heads / GM Works.

Verify ERP Data from Production , Inline, Black box and Finish Goods, take immediate actions to control the variation, if any.

Prepare the schedules for Raw materials, Consumables for Purchase department for the month based on schedules/forecasts and inventory status.

Work out Man power (Man heads and Man hours) requirement for the month in all areas and monitor the variance on daily basis in coordination with Production HODs.

Monitor requisition v/s issue of RM and Consumables from stores to Production on daily basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent Planning Skill with proactive approach.

Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP/ ERP.

Good interpersonal skills with relevant experience of handling a Job.

Preferred if having the residence nearby Company location OR Can Relocate.

Should be able to make his Team and strong problem solving skills.

Good written and oral communication skills with Pleasing Personality.
