ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and organized Analyst / Senior Analyst to support our Delegation of Authority (DoA) Team and process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling requests, resolving issues, managing the helpdesk, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of delegation processes and related activities. Analyst / Senior Analyst will be collaborating with various levels in organization to bring value to organization.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for DoA-related inquiries, requests, and escalations, managing the helpdesk and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

  • Assist in financial analysis activities, including data gathering, analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.

  • Manage the request helpdesk, responding to inquiries and request related to Delegation of authority (DoA) tool and other financial processes.

  • Collaborate with IT department to troubleshoot technical issues related to the DoA tool and other financial systems.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating documentation related to delegation processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Perform quality checks on daily, weekly or monthly basis to ensure smooth functioning of DoA tool.

  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of the DoA tool, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

  • Support the generation of reports using Power BI, Excel, or other tools, as directed by the DoA GPO/Manager.

  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees and managers on delegation processes and tool usage.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by finding opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the DoA GPO or reporting manager.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing vital documentation and information.

Essential Skills and experience

  • Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, administration, or a related role.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

  • Familiarity with MS Office Tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Document processes and enforce to standard operating procedures and processes.

  • Work in teams, Collaborate and ensure Compliance.

Desirable Skills and experience

  • Experience with internal/SOX controls execution.

  • Experience with collaborator management.
