Purpose of Position
  • They are owners of the tasksProjects they manage.
  • Responsible for end to end execution of projectsschedulesFinances.
  • They receive files directly from customer and plans the process flow for the same.


Responsibilities / Job Functions

  • Customer Requirement analysis:-
  • Customer interaction
  • Pre-sales support
  • Scope management
  • Project Planning
  • Production management:-Sending files to functional teams ranslators, Tracking files in excel, follow-ups if files are delayed, delivery to PM (on-site manager)
  • Finance management:-
  • Creating Gemini, updating Gemini, raising PAPO, review Budgets in Gemini, set projects to complete.
  • Invoicing, Forecasting, Month end activities
  • Creating QuotationsRFPs
  • Queries Management:-Handling customervendor queries
  • Other tasks:-
  • QBR (actively take part in internalexternal QBR"s)
  • Owns Gross Margins on the account
  • Ownsattendee in customer callsescalations
  • Customer Management (communication)

    • Education & Certification

    Any Graduates/Post Graduates

    Experience Required

    6-8 years

    • Good analytical skills
    • Good knowledge of Project requirements
    • Experience on handling projects.
    • Good Management and organizational skills
