Roles and Responsibilities

Will be taking care of business for region .
1. Daily tracking of leads in ICRM and updating of feedback of the
same
2. Ensuring zero escalations and unattended leads in the region
3. Increasing same month & ADC SOP Conversion.
4. Tracking ADC business on enquiry to login to conversion basis
5. Publishing daily business tracker for the state
6. Speaking to CSMs on daily basis and push for login &
disbursement of ADC cases
7. Maintaining good relationship with field team
8. Working on upsell and 3m leads to increase the overall
conversion
9. Planning & executing ADC activity in state with the help of field
team.
10. Managing a team of off roll sales DMAs to ensure maximum
conversion through leads
11. Maintain & improve the productivity of DMAs
12. Follow up on open enquiries of last 2 months
13. Understand & explain ADC schemes to the customers
14. Same month conversion improvement required on mom basis
15. Manager will be assisted with off role DMAs (basic requirement)
