    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Supervise and recruit the Assistant Busi][ness Managers, Recruitment managers, Business Associates, Advisors
    Promote the business through them
    Follow-up the Sales team for the purpose of consecutive performance
    To get max incentive, in regular business and special Business campaign schemes.
    Coach, Train and support the reporting Managers
    Monitor and review their performance


    Desired Candidate Profile

    Should have Experience in Agency channel
    Should have Good communication
    Should have 1years experience in team management
    Should have 6-7 years relevant experience
    Age Up to 42years
    Currently working profiles are highly preferred
    Current CTC should be more than 400000 LPA
