Job Responsibilities

  • Taking care of the entire sales of one branch
  • Handling and managing the team of counselors for that branch
  • Overseeing the performance of counselors and monitoring the quality of service for members
  • Ensuring that the targets and sales are achieved on timely basis
  • Ensuring the smooth running of operations and enhanced productivity of said branch
  • Taking care of any issues faced by counselors

Job Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of branch handling experience
  • Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
  • Minimum Education qualification- Graduate
  • Female candidates are preferred
  • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
