  • We are looking to hire business development with 3+ years of experience in selling software technology solutions:
Job Description
  • This is a hunter role and the individual needs to generate qualified leads and help bring in new customers. This role will use social media channels such as LinkedIn, direct reach using email and phone calls to generate these leads.
  • Work with the marketing team to help reach the targets through marketing to warm-up the prospects before starting the direct reach.
  • Work with the US business development and sales team to understand the go to market message and the target profiles.
  • Work with a US team where in-person assistance is required with certain accounts.
  • Work on selling consulting and custom software development services and FieldEquip SaaS services.
  • Facilitate pre- & post-sales activities (RFP’s, Presentations, SOW).
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in target account-based lead generation and outreach
  • Must demonstrate a sustained and successful track record selling custom software development solutions and/or products.
  • Ability to listen and collaborate and guide clients in achieving their business goals.
  • Strong Consultative selling ability critical questioning, listening, analytical negotiation, communication and presentation.
  • Proven experience in software sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS software products and the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • 3+ years of experience in selling & delivering IT services/system integration/application outsourcing/application development across technologies.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex software solutions and address customer concerns.
  • Must have experience in using LinkedIn, HubSpot for Leads Generation
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
