Job description

  • Business Analyst will play the role of a proxy business user to the IT development team.
  • Business Analyst is expected to interface with Business Heads, Operations team, SME’s, Internal IT team to understand the current processes, document new requirements, communicate/collaborate with external IT vendors and ensure software quality.
  • Business Analyst will translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements document, process follow documents, review test plans and play key role in building scalable systems.
  • Strong business acumen with strong background and the ability to effectively shift between communications styles based on the audience.
  • As a Business Analyst who enjoys understanding and analysing business needs, requirements, conduct strategic assessments, track, and assist in developing solutions.
  • Be agile and embrace change.
  • Must be available to work as close to UK Time

Qualifications Skills required

· Experience of 2-5 years’ experience working as a business analyst.

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

· Ability to tell meaningful and accurate stories with data, analysis

· Documenting feature and function of Process Flows and Reporting system

· Validating Functional Specification against business requirements

· Representing the Business Requirement in Design Review and Test Cases Review.

· Work with business groups during UAT to address questions regarding functionality

· Prepare documentation and analysis for audits and exams

· Ability to facilitate meetings, collect minutes, gather action items, and drive tasks to completion.

· Comfortable working independently and making key decisions on projects

· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect and develop strong partnerships.

· Previous experience in UK Energy & Utility industry would be an advantage

Education:

BCA / MCA or Bachelors in any stream

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
