Hiring for Business Development Associate (includes 2 day Field sales)for Multi National company at multiple locations across India.

NOTE: - TILL THE COVID ISSUE PERSISTS IT WILL BE ONLY INSIDE/TELE SALES AND NOT FIELD SALES. AFTER COVID ISSUE SETTLES DOWN ONLY AFTER THAT IT WILL INCLUDE FIELD SALES.

Otherwise in Normal Course when Pandemic will settle down the candidate might have to do Telesales for 3 days on provided leads calling parents selling them the Education Courses and then might have to visit those parents of children for 2 days field sales on the weekends. Monday and Tuesday are weekly off)

Location - Multiple Locations in India (500+)

Qualification:

• Education: Graduation/ Post Grad Degree, MBA (2020 or earlier passing out)

• Experience: Minimum 1 and Max 3 years of experience in ( FIELD SALES) as Feet On Street in B2C Sales for Ed-Tech, Banking, Finance, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Durables and Telecom sectors or any other sectors

(Note - Should not have more than 3 years experience in Sales Domain or Shall not be Team Leader in Sales Domain)

• Current Experience or last job experience shall be in Sales.

• Not more than 26 years of age.

• Basic level of understanding and speaking of English language is required/mandatory

Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday. (2 days week-off Mon, Tues)

CTC : 10 Lacs Per Annum (5 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Direct Sales Allowance + 3 LPA Incentives/Variable)

As an associate doing Direct Sales, the candidate will be given a monthly equivalent salary of Rs 7 LPA fixed compensation through an addition of a Direct Sales Allowance of 2 LPA subjected to meeting a company decided benchmark number of customer visits.

Note:- In the unlikely scenario where the Direct Sales model in their role location is discontinued in the future due to any unforeseen circumstances, the company will move them into the Inside Sales Associate role at a salary of Rs 5 LPA fixed. In such a case, they would move back to the Direct Sales Associate role at Rs 7 LPA fixed (DS allowance inclusive) as soon as the Direct Sales model resumes in the role location.

Job Description: Selected candidates will be working as an associate doing field sales in their region and working in a team of go-getters to help in Business development. The ideal candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

(Face to face and Telephonic conversations) • Sales Drive and resilience. • Experience in consultative selling. • Should be target driven and achievement oriented. • Has the maturity and gravitas to counsel a parent for their childs future.
