Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for business development? Hope HRM Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Business Development Executive to join a one of our client company based in Borivali East and the company is into personal finance. You will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and client acquisition .

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to promote our services and expand our client base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients and address their needs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Utilize MS-Excel and other tools to track sales activity and performance metrics.
