Innofied is looking for Business Development Executive/Managers with strong experience in various marketplaces and inside sales . This is a techno-commercial role and the desired candidate should have the ability to qualify clients, gather requirements, create scope documents, and negotiate for web and mobile development projects with minimal supervision.

Note: We are not looking for people working in large sized organizations like HCL, TCS, etc.

Job Requirements :

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
  • Hands-On Experience in generating business via portals Like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Upwork, Peopleperhour, etc.
  • Ability to qualify clients, draft winning proposals, engage effectively with clients, and Outbid competitors.
  • Must be able to propose technical solutions based on open source and mobile technologies for Business/Ecommerce Websites and Mobile Apps, and other software development projects.
  • Excellent at promoting the company’s brand and closing projects single handedly.
  • Ability to respond to client RFPs by researching and writing customized proposals. Should be able to maintain client communication best practices.
  • Ability to develop formal scope documents, formal agreements and contracts.
  • Effective Skills In Key Account Management / Portfolio Management And Client Retention.

Must haves:

  • Knowledge of IT Services, Custom Software, Mobility And Latest IT Trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in closing from marketplaces
  • Availability to travel and work outside normal hours and "on-call."

Educational Qualifications:

  • Any graduate
  • With good academic record
