India’s Leading Life Insurance Company is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager in Agency Vertical.
Job Roles and Duties:
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with our agency partners by serving as a key point of contact.
- Policy Servicing: Handle policy servicing requests from agency partners, including policy changes, updates, and renewals.
- Training and Development: Provide support and guidance to agents or advisors, helping them enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Sales Support: Provide sales support materials, product information, and marketing resources to help agents succeed in their sales efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of agency partners, tracking their sales targets, and key performance indicators
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all agency activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Expansion: Identify potential agency partners, conduct due diligence, and present recommendations to the management team.
Candidates Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 6 Years in Sales and Marketing in the BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, and Real Estate.
- Age should be between 25 to 40 Years
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to train and coach team members
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment
