A business development executive would be responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The candidate Should be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. The executive is expected to work on identifying new business opportunities and indulge in the persuasive representation of the organization’s products/services.

Responsibilities

  • The role of a Business Development Executive is to assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Make cold calls for new business leads
  • Support in social media marketing activities
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree , MBA candidates or equivalent experience
  • 0-1 years’ prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
