Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager located in Bhiwadi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in strategic sales planning and execution
  • Proven ability to identify potential business opportunities and close deals
  • Experience in the construction and/or engineering industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of project management principles is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is required, although a master’s degree is preferred
