Agency Channel :-
  • Need to recruit advisors , Generating business through them . Advisors are in off roll
  • CTC will be upto 4.5L+ allowances
  • Location Local
Direct and Banca Channels
  • Leads will be supported from Bank , converting leads to sales
  • CTC will be 3.5L + allowances
