Job description: -

We are seeking a highly-motivated, high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager.

This individual will be an enthusiastic team player with exceptional phone communication skills able to understand different buying personas, and persuade new business prospects to learn more.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle and deep understanding of US market.

Must Have Skills: -

Hands on Experience in Interacting with International Customers.
Hands on Experience on International Sales.
Good to Have experience on IT Sales.
Mandate Skill sets - Excellent Communication Skills.
Determining the potential business opportunities.
Good Knowledge of US tax terms 1099,W2,C2C is required (preferred).
Good Knowledge of various work Visas H1B,L1,L2,OPT, CPT ,TN is required (preferred).
Good knowledge of payment terms Net 20 , Net 30 is required (preferred).
Developing a good relationship with customers and partners.
Implementing new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding about sales and marketing concepts.

Office timings- 8:30 pm to 5:30 am ( Night Shift)
