1.Skills:-

  • Coaching and Issue resolution
  • Shadowing and coaching SE on ground
  • Daily discussion on issues SE are facing and resolution solutions

2. Lead generation / BTL activities

  • Plan and execute customer engagement activities
  • Plan and execute influencer engagement activities
  • Lead allocation to SE

3. Review

  • Conduct SE reviews on daily basis-Discuss visits made, issues faced, orders booked
  • Conduct in-depth SE review of SE
  • Prepare for and attend weekly, fortnightly & monthly review with SM, SH/CSM, etc.

4. Training

  • Conduct training for SE
  • Conduct training for dealers

5. Consumer visit

  • Visit all consumers identified for BM intervention by SE

6. Dealer visit

  • Visit dealers with low performance in Pravesh, and resolve issues and encourage
    dealers to improve performance


Qualification:- Graduate/ MBA in marketing
