Are you planning on studying engineering and want to earn while you learn? Wilmar Drafting Cadets are paid to study while working on real projects, side-by-side with experienced engineers and draftspeople.

Drafting Cadetships are available within the company to be completed over a 6 year learning program.

The program incorporates on the job training, university studies at an Associate Degree in Engineering level, personal growth and structured support.
