Role Description

This is an internship hybrid role for a Client Liaison to enhance clients’ experience. The role will involve interfacing with clients, gathering feedback, addressing concerns and/or answering clients’ queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will be located in Dehradun but with some flexibility for remote work, and will provide the opportunity to contribute critically to the operation of our company.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals, both verbally and in writing
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage projects and keep accurate records
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical terminology
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bi-/Multilingualism (Hindi & English) skills are an advantage
