Role Description

This is a contract role for a Contract Research Nurse which will be responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of patients during clinical trial home visits. The Contract Research Nurse will be expected to conduct home visits and collect blood samples, administer study drugs, and make sure that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with protocol and standard operating procedures. This is an on-site role and will be located in Amravati.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Prior experience in clinical research is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Current nursing license in good standing
  • The ability to conduct assessments, perform phlebotomy, and use equipment to obtain vital signs and ECGs
  • Experience in document management and data collection is a plus
  • Experience in patient care, treatment, and follow-up is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is a plus
