Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relationship Manager at CarCruize located in Dhanbad. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. They will also handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and collaborate with different teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and car maintenance is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
