Job Description:

Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist indentifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems. Assess and resolvenon-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalateissues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.

Mandatory Pointers

Fresher & Experience(Graduation must with Degree certificate).

Good communication skills with strong grasping power.

Candidate should be within the transport boundary(boundary list is attached for reference)

4. No postgraduate profiles

5. Resume should be updated (current address falling within transport boundary & candidate photo)

6. Flexible with any shift.

7. It is a Voice process.

8. Cab will be available

  • Freshers with good communication can apply.
  • Experience candidate can apply who have experience in BPO.
  • under graduation is also fine.

Responsibilities:

Ø Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls

Ø Participate in Team building activities

Ø Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data

Ø Ensure Customer Satisfaction

  • Experience - 0Months to 3 Years experience in Customer support (BPO)
  • Freshers- 3,00,000 Per Annum Monthly- 25000 CTC
  • Package - 4,20,000 Per Annum Monthly- 35,000 CTC
  • Transport : Two way cab facility (Pick up & Drop) Will be provided in free of cost
  • 5 Days of working.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
