JOB Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Service Representative , You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining a Long-Term Relationship With The Customer. You Will also Be Responsible For Knowing The Customer’s Needs And Demands.
  • You need To Coordinate With Our Design Team & Operations Team According to Client Requirements On Daily Basis.
  • Handling Customer Escalations With Effective Communication Skills and problem solving skills.
  • Identifying Customer Demands And Requirements and accurately documenting and sending to respective departments.
  • Maintaining Good Relationship with Customers via constant communication and follow-ups.
  • Collecting Feedback from Individual Client Would Be Appreciated after We Deliver the Project to them and suggesting improvements.

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree. (Any Field)
  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B with good communication in English.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Strong interpersonal and client handling skills.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities, client needs, and business requirements is essential for success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month fixed
