JOB Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative , You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining a Long-Term Relationship With The Customer. You Will also Be Responsible For Knowing The Customer’s Needs And Demands.
You need To Coordinate With Our Design Team & Operations Team According to Client Requirements On Daily Basis.
Handling Customer Escalations With Effective Communication Skills and problem solving skills.
Identifying Customer Demands And Requirements and accurately documenting and sending to respective departments.
Maintaining Good Relationship with Customers via constant communication and follow-ups.
Collecting Feedback from Individual Client Would Be Appreciated after We Deliver the Project to them and suggesting improvements.

Skills and Qualification:

Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree. (Any Field)
0-2 years of experience in B2B with good communication in English.
Proven experience in sales and business development
Strong interpersonal and client handling skills.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities, client needs, and business requirements is essential for success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month fixed
