We are looking for Customer Support Executive.

Freshers Most Welcome.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills in Hindi & English Language.

Salary: 2.0 LPA to 3.0 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate joiners required / 15 days preferable

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Making Outbound Calls.
  • Handling inquiries/complaints from customers, targeting satisfactory closure.
  • Developing relationships with premium clients and customers, thus enhancing the business.
  • Making Sales calls.
  • Providing help and advice to customers using the organization’s product.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email.
  • Customer Satisfaction and improve services.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with the clients/customers.
  • Consistency in quality.
  • Setting up appointments.
  • Manage CRM.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
