Position Summary

Design Engineer will be placed in Design and Development Team for Product Development and design activities.Role and Responsibility will include working with cross functional team to develop new products and/or design change,Provide engineering support for design and development activities for new and exisiting products.The candidate will act as a subject matter expert for design and tolerance analysis throughout the R&D.The ideal candidate will bring experience in developing products for the medical device industry with a commitment to growth.

Educational Background

  • BE/Diploma(Mechanical,Biomedical)or in related field

Professional Experience

  • 1-3 years of total professional experience in similar role in with preferably 1+ year in design industry in capacity to innovate,try new ideas,design and develop products.
  • Execution experience in developing new products or product redesign(innovation,design,product life cycle).
  • Candidate with medical device knowledge will have added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • The design Engineer will be responsible for supporting design and development activities for new products and improving upon existing product lines,S/he will be accountable for projects deliverables in individual capacity to execute and deliver work packages on time at right quality.
  • Work as a member of a R&D team as a design engineer to engineer robust and manufacturable products through strong understanding and application of engineering fundamentals.
