Key responsibility is to support in achieving the total cost of ownership framework.

- Direct all the function involved in procurement planning and Cycle, Drafts, review, negotiates and maintain contracts and other business documents mandatory, Plans & monitor the Online Bidding Strategy for MEP work Packages & capital equipment.

- Proper scrutiny & technical review of the BOQ / tender wrt to Design, drawings, DBR, Relevant IS codes Etc .

- Preparation of the RFX and Auction, ensuring the of the Work packages completion in stipulated timelines with maintaining the Price Efficiency

- Preparing the Rate contracts with the OEM and Vendors & ensuring the best prices are achieved.

- Developing own Costing for works Packages to evaluate the quotation received also review of the market prices for achieving price efficiency

- Excellent in negotiation skills & Technical Expertise in MEP works (HLV LV, HT Equipment, BO, HVAC & other miscellaneous works)

- Excellent at people management. Must have managed a team of at least 7-10 people.

- Willingness to learn, Honest and hard-working, Open to travel

- Must have had prior experience in Projects/Site execution for 7/8 yrs and must have progressed in the commercial / procurement role.

- Strong Leadership Quality and Co-ordination skills.

- Excellent negotiation skills, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

- Good interpersonal and communications skills.

- Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
