Job description

o Creating various marketing and social media strategies to generate
brand awareness and build customer base.
o Making sure the brand shines wherever it is represented.
Strengthening brand recognition and consistency in the market by
exposing target audience to core messages, visual branding and other
brand elements at repeated planned intervals.
o Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social
media, digital etc.), exhibitions and promotional events,generate leads
to expand the customer base.
o Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand
awareness and competition ventures
o Generate written content for various platforms (Website, social
media,etc)
o Handle and increase the presence of the company on multiple
platforms.
o Collect data to analyse customer interactions and visits and alter future
course of strategy.
o Work extensively on building customer relationships and collecting
feedback for improvement.
o Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit
reports of performance
o Find and execute potential collaborations with similar brands.
o Provide reports to management on new ideas, insights on competitors
and timelines on active projects.

Requirements
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and
statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing
best practices
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Working experience with SEO, SEM, PPC ads and conversion rate
optimization (CRO)
