Role Title: Director, Global Talent Acquisition, remote Indore, India

Reporting To: Senior Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition

This is a high-impact role requires the Director, Global Talent Acquisition to devise and pivot recruiting strategy, influence partners, innovate and optimize processes, use business intelligence & analytics to drive decisions, and deliver results. Individual should be extraordinary at creating synergy, getting things done through people, and thrive in a challenging BPO environment. This role will be remote based in Indore, India and will have direct reports located globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of Global TA strategy; translate strategy into service delivery (speed & quality) and align to business objectives
  • Continuous improvement of recruiting and selection processes, tools, and technology to drive efficiency and improve lead volume, conversion, and quality of hires
  • Create Recruitment Marketing and development of innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent, both active and passive
  • Lead Global professional recruiting team (salaried/exempt) recruitment, and all compliance processes including vendor management for background investigations, education & employment verification, and onboarding
  • Oversee Global TA vendor relationships and related budgets, including candidate assessments, background screening & drug testing, programmatic advertising, job boards, and other tools
  • Departmental budgeting, workforce planning, and fiscal compliance
  • Partner with Operations for effective forecasting and staffing plans to meet changing business needs, alignment of TA resources for seasonal ramp period
  • Weekly reporting to Executive Leadership Team and TA POC for Business Operations, HR, and other stakeholders
  • Preparation of Business Reviews for deep dive on recruiting performance and activity metrics
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, evaluation, and rewards to recruiting team

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years’ global production/call center agent or other high volume, non-exempt recruiting experience (Hospitality, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.) for both brick & mortar and remote/work at home populations
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing high performing teams
  • BPO experience ideal, business operations experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to create marketing material to support hiring needs

  • Organizational Awareness – Deep understanding of and ability to utilize analytics & creative talent practices to drive business results, including impacting labor costs, retention, performance management and engagement
  • Communication – Presenting ideas effectively both verbally and in writing. Enabling best in class client and candidate experience
  • Technology proficiency – Experience with ATS (ideally SAP Successfactors), CRM, Video Interviewing, digital strategies.
