Roles and Responsibilities


  • Overall, spearhead all operations & logistics of the business( B2B & B2C )
  • Manage E-Com operations end to end. To include managing e-commerce fulfilment from its own warehouse (North India) & through their Pan India Stores & Super Distributor Network (Central & Hyper Local model)
  • Manage the companys D2C logistics. Work with third party logistics partners to manage cost, reduce RTO & minimize delivery TAT.
  • Prepare & Implementation of E-Com Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Drive change & improvement in technology backbone for E-Com Operations.
  • Work closely with other BU teams to optimize customer experience
  • Process training of E-Commerce team
  • Knowledge of compliances in different Models of E-Com.
  • Implementation of Good E-Com Operation Practices and Audit Procedures
  • Knowledge of MIS designing for different modules and customization of reports for BI.
  • Defining, tracking and evaluating Service partners KPIs & TAT along with measurable
  • Escalations of deviations through proper matrix and take necessary preventive measures
  • Master data management of E-Com Operations (Warehouse and List mile) against each Order, like Order status, cost, delivery status, TAT adherence, Billing, Loss & damage in transit & any other deviations
  • Effective vendor management and development skill to get best & Cost effective service available in the market
  • Reconciliation of Month End Audits deviations found with the service partners & Follow up actions based on Findings
  • Managing the Daily Operational related issues for avoid the Business RISK
  • Excellent Coordination and alignment with internal stakeholder & External Stakeholders.
  • Complete Knowledge of Statutory and State Laws Requirement
  • Prepare and circulate all MISs on time as per management guidelines and processes
  • Effective management skill to encounter day to day operational challenges
