Our Exciting Opportunity:


We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

You will:

The responsibilities are described as

  • Level 2 Application Support
  • Debugging the operational issues
  • Ensuring flaw less customer onboarding
  • Customer Communication
  • Regular governance with the Customers
  • Incident, Problem & Change Management
  • To adhere the Operational SLAs
  • Should be willing to work in a 24x7 Support setup.
  • Handling L2 Operations activities
  • Handling Regular Maintenance activities.
  • Managing stakeholder communication for ticket handling
  • Incident & Change Management
  • Regular governance with the customers
  • Manage all KPIs related to the operations

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • In depth understanding of GCP Architecture and GCP components.
  • Experience with Big Data on GCP – Big Query, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Dataflow.
  • Experience working with container technology such as Docker (preferable)
  • Experience in Apache Spark.
  • Proficient in a scripting language for automation. (Python, Shell)
  • In depth knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of GCP components
  • GCP IAM Policy / Roles / Service Account
  • GCP Stack driver Logging & Monitoring
  • Must have worked on traditional & new ETL tools
  • Good experience with Linux environments.
  • Working knowledge of BMC Remedy, JIRA and Confluence.
  • Documentation skills.
  • Good written/Oral Communication, Presentation, Interactive skills
  • Team Player

Key Qualification:

Knowledge and understanding of Telecom terminology.

  • ITIL Certified
  • Any Cloud certified
  • Working with version control systems (Git/Bitbucket), build management, and CI/CD tools.
