Job Description Summary Drive Material Planning, including PR creation, Networking linking & PR analysis as per GE guideline.Job Description

Lead and act as single point of contact for Material planner for respective projects assigned.
Raise Purchase request for requirement of Project based material in PMx.
Prepare PR network linking in PMx.
Weekly analysis of PR as on time, delayed and corrective actions accordingly.
Update Project wise material tracking report with respect to drawing release.
Update finish Goods details for packing of material as per the WPP (Weekly Packing Plan).
Update Purchase order details into Material Tracking application for material dispatch to site.
close coordination with Sourcing, Project planner & Project supply chain manager for PR creation.
Raise Purchase request for requirement of transportation services project wise.
