Designation :Engineer/ Senior Engineer - Electrical

Job Description:

  • Acquainted with knowledge of Thermal power plant E&I Systems, its maintenance technique to achieve the highest reliability.
  • Hands on exposure of maintenance, Trouble shooting and Preventive Maintenance of Generator, Power transformer, Electrical MV/LV Switchgear, and protective relay scheme.
  • Proficient in Wheeling out power management, Load shedding scheme thru EGCP-Woodward, AVR, GRPs, PMS, DFR and it inter relation to understand and depict higher class of engineering approach.
  • Auxiliary mapping thru EMS and inference out of it on daily basis with actionable.
  • Turbine and Boiler Auxiliary as well as ESP Electrical Maintenance knowledge to establish highest MTBF for each equipment.
  • Able to read and draw actionable out of Electrical system study reports for system strengthening.
  • Strong belief and knowledge on Safety systems adherence and to ensure zero non-compliance.

    • Systems:

  • Hands on exposure of Power management, SAP PM and SAP MM module. Daily activity thru SAP PM likes Maintenance Notifications, PM Orders, DMS, – Proactive and preventive maintenance, Shutdown maintenance
  • SAP MM: PRs and follow ups, PR/PO analysis and planning + budgeting.
  • Awareness of IMS and ISO 50001:2018 and to be ensured active participation by documentation control and field compliance.
  • Familiar with ABOE framework to excel on 5S, SPL/OPL, Kaizen and to have continual improvement by self and shop floor manpower engagement with cross function teamwork.
