Literature Survey by Scifinder & Internet, Merck index, Orange book

Impurity profiling to meet the specifications of final API according to ICH guidelines

To prepare the Quality dossier, Technology transfer documents and BMR

Desired Candidate Profile

Literature Survey by Scifinder and Internet, Merck index, Orange book

To develop robust process for APIs this includes the synthesis of the target compound in desired purity and development of the process initially at the micro level (i.e. setting the reactions in gram scale), then making the process feasible at macro level (i.e. setting the reactions in kilo gram scale) and finally transforming the technology to the pilot plant

Impurity profiling to meet the specifications of final API according to ICH guidelines

To prepare the Quality dossier, Technology transfer documents and BMR

To prepare working and reference standards; and other related materials for analytical development

Characterization of intermediates API & impurities

Reviewing various technical documents including the Development reports, API specs, RM specs, Product specs, Stability protocols, Vendor qualification, Costing & Trouble shooting

Monitoring of critical process parameters and execution actions

Preparation of DOE for project
