Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, implement and manage the delivery of Technical Services in line with the agreed scope / SLA / KPIs with client.

People Management-Manage the site operations team, including hiring, induction, training & development etc

Strong in Technical expertise electrical, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting systems etc.

Should have strong leadership skills & able to lead the entire team efficiently

Should give regular inputs to improve the system by implementing innovative ideas. Should know all the best maintenance techniques, 6S systems, safety standards etc.

Should be able to maintain 11KV / 22KV / 132KV HT sub station, LT DG Set, HSD Yard storage, Oil cooled & dry type transformers, bus duct & bus bar system, VCB & ACBS, HVAC system, conversant with different relays (Siemens & Areva) functioning, fault finding and rectification of the same with minimum breakdown time for HT & LT panels.

Certification of bills of contractors, suppliers, vendors and consultants of the site.

Assign and supervise all-operational activities pertaining to civil, electrical, mechanical and services at site.

Ensure smooth takeover of systems from vendors / suppliers if any

Capable to handle the customer service complaints with root cause analysis.

Good in written mail & verbal technical communication skills and computer skills with CAD knowledge.

Should have experience in handling the Utility bill calculation & explanation to multi-tenant.

Should have sound knowledge in STP operation & root cause analysis on performance

Should have sound knowledge in statutory part which is including the CEIG license coordination, Fire license coordination, Lift license coordination, MPCB norms & their renewal, & returns, all labours law & statutory norms etc.

Good in EHS policy & HIRA implementation, SOT, Daily Tool box talks, Fire drill, mock drill procedures etc.



Desired Candidate Profile


10+ years (at least 5+ years Experience as a Facility Manager in Industrial or commercial Park)

( should have Supervisor license)
