Company Description

Anugraha Castings is a steel foundry based in Coimbatore. We specialize in supplying machined castings in complex geometries and material grades. With a focus on helping our customers grow their business, we offer a range of services to meet their steel casting needs. Our facility has an installed capacity of 150 MT per month and caters to various industries including valve, pump, construction & mining, and military.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Foundry Manager at Anugraha Castings in Coimbatore. The Foundry Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing the overall production process. This includes ensuring the quality and efficiency of the casting process, integrating new processes, and working closely with the metallurgy team. The Foundry Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in foundry management and steel and alloy casting
  • Knowledge of casting processes and metallurgical principles
  • Experience in process integration and optimization
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in the steel foundry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
