The objective of Gro4 is to extend a one-stop solution for the Semi-Urban and Rural Population of India for their buying needs of Agri inputs (Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides, and Small Equipment), Pharmacy, Animal Husbandry, FMCG, Fresh and Fruits & Vegetable categories related shopping.

The Business services part of Gro4 further compliments the rural Agri Eco-System by providing various Agri support related information like weather forecast, soil solutions, vet doctor’s consultation, e-Mitra services, assistance in various government schemes for farming and rural sector to the consumer base in the related demographics of Semi-Urban and Rural parts of India. Our Ancillary Services of Food and Fresh category have a strategic road map to use the outputs of the farm through a seamless supply chain mechanism.

Gro4 also provides aggregation services to farmers to buy their crops under their umbrella program thus completing the loop of being a 360-degree service provider in the Agri inputs and Agri product sector.

Job brief

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven District Manager to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies.

Objectives of this Role

To be successful District Manager, you should be persuasive and have strong business acumen. You must have existing investors to be our franchisee or existing franchisee network.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

· Data mining for prospective clients

· Meeting with clients and to explain them about company model, business model etc required details

· Strong follow-ups till deal get close

· Build strong network of investors who can be good prospect to be company’s franchisee and who have the capacity to invest high amount in franchisee store

· Day to day reporting to senior authorities in the company

Requirements

  • Nice to have bachelor’s degree
  • Working experience of at least 8 years is must
  • Additional advantage if experienced in FMCG or F&V or Agriculture sector.
  • Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
