Profile: - Freight Broker/Logistics Sales Coordinator
Location – Mohali & Noida(On-site)
Job Timings - 5:30 p.m. (IST) to 2:30 a.m. (IST) – Night Shift
Monday to Friday (5 days working)
Salary Range – Depends on Interview upto 90,000.

A freight broker serves as a liaison between shippers and carriers to secure the transportation of goods. Freight brokers do marketing to attract new customers, pair customers with freight carriers, book orders, and line carriers up for loading.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.
• Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services.
• Providing customers with shipping quotes.
• Booking orders with carriers.
• Assisting to prepare carriers for loads.
• Tracking status of loads.
• Collaborating with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.
• Keeping accurate records of relevant activities.
• Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries.
• Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in transportation marketplace.
• Handle the entire branch for Drayage & OTR work
• Focused on individual targets to provide beneficiary
• Numbers to higher personalities in the office

Skills Required :

• Must have 1+ year of experience as a Freight Broker in logistics.
• Must be able to achieve the target or driven toward the same goal.
• Must be Familiar with logistics software, customer relationship management software and spreadsheets
• Must have strong problem-solving abilities to find solutions to issues that arise before, during and after shipments
• Must have well-honed negotiating skills to get the best possible quotes for customers
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with carriers and clients located around the world
• Must have analytical skills to determine which carriers offer the right set of services for various clients
• Must have networking skills to build relationships with prospective clients and carriers
• Must have proven sales skills to obtain new clients and carriers and close shipping deals

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: ₹14,797.85 - ₹84,828.81 per month
