Kiosist provides a team of virtual agents located in India to assist kiosks via video-communication capabilities where the agent located in India is able to provide customer service exactly as if they were in the same location with the customer. The agents operate the kiosk’s different functionalities which include Property Management System, capturing guest information, collecting Identification, collecting different forms of payment including cash & credit card, collecting signatures, issuing room keys, print room receipts, etc all via an in-built software fully controlled by the remote agents.

Kiosist is designed to deliver the ultimate customer experience via video communication. It keeps pushing the envelope to deliver the highest level of natural and authentic distant communication between people in different locations. The Kiosist is the system and the tool designed to execute the highest quality of communication at the lowest possible cost.

Tasks

As a Front Desk Agent at Kiosist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guest receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling guests inquiries, providing assistance, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for our guest.

Requirements

  • Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Handle Guest inquiries and provide information on the services we offer.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous responses to guest requests. Qualifications:
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software.
