1. Responsible for field operations and maintenance of FTTx network
2. OLT, ODN Network HOTO within SLA
3. Corrective and Preventive Maintenance
4. Plan , monitor and control spares material, TMI and Tools requirement
availability as per design norms for assigned Scope, Calibration of
TMI.
5. Resolve O2A issues assigned to OM
6. Coordination, supervision and technical support to FRT and Technician
7. Liaising with local authority/building owners etc.
8. Interface and coordination with cross functional teams (Consruction,
Home Care, Business, MSP etc)
9. Material related activities.



4 to 7 years
  • Skills Competencies :


    1. Hands on experience of Splicing, OTDR, LSPM and cable locator
    2. Fiber Network OM Experience
    3. OM of Transmission/IP Network equipments
