About the job

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable software solutions. The SDE must ensure to perform complex development projects assigned to them. They should be motivated and compatible to a start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform both Front- End and Back-End operations on websites and

computer systems.

• Own the applications built and will be responsible for functional & non-

functional aspects of the applications.

• Develop functionalities in TECH stack

• Provide roadmap estimations.

• Design applications in true service oriented architecture.

• Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward

solutions.

• Fully and completely understand system inter dependencies and limitations.

• Leverage knowledge of internal and industry in design decisions.

• Participate and contribute in discussions and decisions for creating and

improving architecture across applications.

• Responsible for developing, running, monitoring and supporting software

for the assigned Product or Service using the right toolsets required in order
to deliver according to and compliance

• Identify, continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and

benchmark against industry standards, in order to boost innovation and
productivity for optimization/modifications

• To evaluate the needs of users and analyze any technical issues to program

highly functional systems.

• Work across the stack to build highly scalable solutions to enhance user

experiences and business growth along with developing robust features and
infrastructure to support rapidly emerging business and project
requirements

• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining code quality

standards and application design

• Troubleshoot debug applications and services

Our Tech Stack consists of (but not limited to)

• MERN, MEAN, any framework
• React and Native React
• Kafka and Rabit MQ, Java, JavaScript, Python, and Shell Script
• PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Redis, GO, Rust, MongoDB
• AWS (any cloud), Kubernetes, NGINX, Spring/ Springboot
• Node.js, Express.js, Raddis, Redux, CSS3 and HTML5
• Azure, CI/ CD and Gitflow, Docker

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, or a related field
• Experience Required: minimum 3 years
• Solid understanding of clean code architecture and SOLID principles
• Should be a great team player.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, experience in debugging, code optimization, testing
• Experience in different testing tools and frameworks

Salary: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
