Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering

Experience: Minimum 15+ years experience with Min 5 + yearsexperience in design or application support of off Grid/Hybrid Inverters & interface with battery packs.

Experience in configuration of Grid mini power plants also acceptable.

Experience of working with Chinese Supply Chain would be Preferred

Industry: Off Grid/Grid Tie/Hybrid Inverters

Responsibilities:

  • Development of Inverters from concept to production, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design and performance meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Implement testing processes for reliability and safety.
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers
