  • Candidates must be having 6+ years of experience in Global sourcing field .
  • Candidates who has global sourcing and vendor development experience in casting, forging, sheet metal and machined part commodity preferred.

    • Requirements :

    * Global Sourcing experience. Should have Strong knowledge and relevant experience in global sourcing projects
    * Directed and managed the strategic sourcing initiative for a particular group of commodities/Category
    * Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers in various commodities
    * Evaluating sourcing procedures and presenting improvement strategies
    * Developed a high performing supply base and strategic partnerships focused on continuous improvement, delivery of innovation, and supply continuity
    * Cooperate with stakeholders and negotiation with suppliers on various agreements
    * Strong project management and leadership skills
    * Supplier and customer relationship management
    * Managing the company’s supply portfolio
    * RFQ management, Supplier quote analysis and negotiation skills
    * Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills
