Role Description

As a Graphics & UI Designer at Explosionweb Solutions, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. In this full-time role, based in Varanasi, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, develop design concepts, and iterate on designs based on feedback. While the role is primarily office-based, there is flexibility for some remote work, allowing you to work from home part of the time.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Graphics & UI Designer or a similar role
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with UI design tools and prototyping software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the desired message and meet user needs
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders
  • Portfolio of previous design work demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and UI design
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (preferred)
