Job Description :-

Design manager Have worked extensively on Design Management with having extensive knowledge with experience on both Housing & Commercial Projects
Team Management Capability of handling of 10-12 members

Project Management Have done close coordination with Projects team for day to day coordination and issue resolution.

Consultant Management Coordination and working with all the consultants
Codes & Norms Have a strong knowledge about the norms, especially NBC-2016 & Haryana Building Code
Process Management To adopt and improvise the processes being followed for betterment of company.
Green Building – May have worked on Green Building guidelines
Client Fitout review – May have dealt with fitout related issues on commercial, retail and/or residential projects.
