We are looking for the following position with NSE/BSE listed leading group for one of the most prestigious & large campus (3.3 million sft SEZ office space) in Bangalore.

Position: Head Facilities
Job Location: Bangalore

Desired Profile: Graduate, preferably Engineering/ MBA with adequate Management experience of 15 years in Building Management Industry

Main KRA a Head Facility:

1. Responsible for ensuring everything to do with the physical infrastructure of the business is running as it should, as well as identifying areas for greater efficiency and cost-saving.

2. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the assigned buildings, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.

Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. He will be over all site in charge and he should motivate and lead the TEAM effectively.

2. Provide a comprehensive Property Management service to ensure that all amenities are resourced and maintained to high class industry standard.

3. Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Service Specifications

4. Preparation of Property management budgets and perform CAM collection

5. Manage the budget efficiently and yield cost savings where possible without compromising quality of service.

6. Maintain site and services, through contractors and direct labour, in most cost effective way.

7. Ensures occupancy of sites complies with statutory legislation.

8. Proactive liaison with local and municipal authorities.

9. Interviews, selects, hires, supervises and reviews qualified building operation and management staff
