QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:-

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Managing litigations and compliance

Reduce and optimize legal expenses and generating new ideas resulting in P&L gains

Promote business initiatives through strategic and operational legal and land support

Litigation Management- Effective Litigation management and partnering with business goals.

Ensure efficient implementation of SOP.

Monitor all critical issues to ensure timely resolution

Organize training on all applicable Laws and Policies to increase regulatory awareness

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:-

Thorough knowledge of Indian Legal System
Exhaustive knowledge of Indian Power Sector and Regulations
Proficiency in communication (Preferably should know regional language i.e. Odiya)
Superior Leadership and managerial skills
Self-motivation skill
Good Business acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
