Position: Head of Department - Legal for a shipping Company

Location: Gandhidham (Kachchh) - Gujarat

Qualification: B.Com., L.L.B. & L.L.M.

Experience of 8-10 years. Should be a practicing lawyer or working with a reputed law firm and must have experience of working with Corporate Clients.

OR

Experience of 8-10 years working in a large size Corporate Company. The candidate must have experience of regularly dealing in litigation matters with the lawyers at District Courts, High Courts & Supreme Court and would have to represent the Company before various Forums, if required.

The candidate should have knowledge of direct and indirect taxes and should be familiar with land related cases, recovery matters, Civil matters pertaining to various Acts and Regulations, Criminal cases, Labour cases pending before various Courts and Forums. Beside above, the candidate should have experience of examining the land deeds, titles of lands and should be well versed with the compliance of EPF/ESIC. The candidate should have proficiency of good drafting and must have good command over English. Knowledge of Gujarati language will be added attraction.

Salary: As per Industrial standard.
