Job description

- To head the team of legal & Taxation with knowledge In FEMA,

- Fip Policy related to EOU, direct Tax, Indirect Tax namely GST, Customs and excise, VAT Ac and rule for ensuring statutory compliance

- Coordination with Facial Department and tax consultant on various refunds

- Tax assessment, Fiscal departmental audits and preparing replies for the raised by fiscal authorities.

- Coordination with Lawyers and Tax consultant on court related issues and appearance before court on behalf of SDFI.
