SALES AND MARKETING HEAD (1 nos)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manages product sales activities for key accounts or key products.

· Analyses sales statistics to formulate selling strategies.

· Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops.

· Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.

· Acts as a liaison between the sales department and other sales-related units.

· Develop customer base, regional sales and marketing programs.

· Establish annual goals for each direct report. Develop the abilities of all direct reports Train, monitor, check and approve the financial status of the region

· Review and analyze monthly financial statements.

· Coordination of launch samples/collaterals and timely placement of said samples/collaterals.

· Target specific accounts for new product sales or increased penetration of existing sales.

· Review Salesforce activity for Sales/Specification/Residential reps dashboards and reports.

· Develop and analyze sales reports to determine where both growth and decline in sales is occurring.

· Implement price increases and react to competitive activity with proper documentation.

EDUCATION:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Management, or equivalent education.

EXPERIENCE:

With 10 to 15 years’ experience preferably in quartz, limestone, granite, feldspar, and potash feldspar in Import & Export from one of the leading companies in Rajasthan.
