Contenuto del lavoro

1) Candidate should have worked with stock broker with hands on experience of 3-4 years in handling and managing securities settlement related processing.


2) Should have fair knowledge of various compliance requirement related to securities processing and should be able prepare data for audits / inspections as may required


3) Should be well conversant with day to day processing like


a). Securities Pay-in, Payout, Auction Billing Processes


b). Securities Corporate Action Processing ( Bonus,merger,demerger,split, rights, Dividend )


c). Securities Reconciliation


d).Securities Margin Pledge, Repledge and Unpledge process with Clearing Corporation & PCM


e) Reporting of Auction Shortage, Weekly holding reporting etc


4 )Understanding of Trade processing in Cash, FO and Currency and EOD processing will be added advantage.


5) Handling of timely responses to customer service team for customer queries in relation to Securities processing


6 ) Should be good at Excel and inclination to understand, improve and automate the processing as may be required.


7) Good Communication and interpersonal skills. Team Oriented and willing to work under pressure.
